We are busy preparing for the 2020 summer camp season and currently, our 2020 summer camp sessions are ON!

We know how important it is to take the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) developments seriously. Please know that we are aware of and monitoring the COVID-19 situation as it affects camp and its operations. We are continually evaluating our health and safety policies and procedures as new information is released and prioritizing student safety is above all else. This includes the examination of our communicable disease plan to ensure that we meet or exceed standards required by the Department of Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, American Camp Association, and Association of Camp Nursing.

To accommodate the possible impacts of COVID-19, we have updated our refund, date change, and cancellation policies as follows so you can register with confidence:

IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE DUE TO COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
In the event you need to cancel your registration due to illness or circumstances related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), you can select from the following:
Receive a FULL REFUND
Receive a FULL VOUCHER for the 2021 camp season (fully transferable to family or friends)
In the event you need to change your camp session date to a new date due to circumstances related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the change fee of $50 will be WAIVED

CHANGE OR CANCELLATIONS NOT RELATED TO COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
If you cancel more than 5 weeks before the start date of your session for reasons not related to COVID-19, you can choose from the following options:
Receive a FULL VOUCHER for the 2021 camp season (fully transferable to family or friends)
If you need to change your camp session date after the camper is registered, a change fee of $50 will be applied. This fee is related to the costs passed on to us by our facility providers and administrative staff who have prepared for your arrival.
Respectfully, no refunds or vouchers will be issued for sessions canceled within 5 weeks of the selected camp session start date for reasons not related to COVID-19

IF VIRGINIA SPACE FLIGHT ACADEMY MAKES THE DECISION TO CHANGE DATES or CANCEL DUE TO COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
We’ll notify you with as much warning as possible so you have the flexible options to do one of the following:
Transfer your full tuition to another date (no change fee will apply)
Receive a full refund
Receive a voucher for 2021 camp season (transferable to other family members and friends)
